Our days are, to say the least, full, busy, adventurous, messy, wet, loud, crawling with reptiles and bugs, fun, challenging and exhausting all in one. Cory is in the thick of residency with 90 plus hour work weeks and the boys are running 90 miles a minute. Levi is learning new tricks every day, can say ball, book, bye bye, banana, momma, dada, no no and loves to growl at all things growlable- lions, tigers, bears and Papa. He loves music and has some pretty good rhythm. He can scale every piece of furniture in the house within the blink of an eye and is in need of constant watching.
Ben continues to be the most outgoing of the boys and makes new friends wherever we are. He LOVES bugs and as a byproduct we most often have cages and jars full of bugs around the house. He spent the morning distributing worms to all the kids at the playground the other day, most were okay with it. His prayers usually sound like this- Dear God thank you for bug cages, rolly polly's, ant farms, Isak, worms, mommy, ladybugs, daddy, spiders but not icky ones, and Levi, Amen. He has become an efficient bike rider and jumps at the opportunity for a ride any time although they often involve a hundred stops to look at some little insect.
Isak is busy saving his money for an airplane. He currently wants to be a pilot when he grows up. He has a curiosity for everything and has a million questions a day. He is super excited to be starting school in three weeks, loves art, had a blast at his art camp, creates the best forts, can tell the best stories, plays really well with both his brothers and misses his daddy a ton right now.
