Ben continues to be our charmer. He makes it so hard to say no, giving the most convincing smiles that he needs "just one more"...treat, trip down the slide, story before bed, whatever it may be. He loves whatever Isak is into which is all things ocean right now. He's smart as can be; I overheard him explaining the difference between an orca whale and sperm whale to one of Isak's friends. He has the cutest stutter when he gets excited and can't keep up with what he is trying to say and the silliest snort when he is laughing really hard. He loves music and has some pretty good dance moves, which is entirely unique to him. He loves to sort things and will often on his own accord put toys away before leaving the room. Like all kiddos he is growing up way too fast, but is not too big for some of the best snuggles ever. In his words "mommy I want to hold you." Which means cuddle time.
While playing hide and seek- "1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 6 Isak you're not ready but here I come."
Holding up a black Duplo person- "This chocolate man...can we eat him?"
Lifting up his shirt for effect- "My tummy has an empty spot for cookie."
In bathtub- "This is biggest ocean you've ever seen in the whole wide world!"
